Here you'll learn the principles of Traffic Light Eating, the intricacies of reading food labels, and navigating tricky ingredients while you choose the best foods for you and your family! We will then create a shopping list together to help you complete your next grocery store trip with ease and know with confidence you're making healthier choices for you and your family!

Have you ever wondered what makes that hot sauce you love so sweet yet spicy?

 

We'll dive into some of your favorite foods during a Pantry Makeover while navigating ingredients, nutrition labels, and a new shopping list for all you and your family's needs!

Grocery

First, we will meet at the grocery store of your choice, where you'll be introduced to Traffic Light Eating and label reading. You and your family's grocery shopping habits, including budgets, ages of family members, sensitivities, allergies, and preferences. Next, we will put those skills to the test and spend the next two hours shopping and practicing what you've learned!

Smart(er) Shopping

You and Me + Groceries = Success

Have you ever returned from grocery shopping and wondered what you bought and why? Maybe you chose items because the label looked appealing, or they were on an endcap you happened to pass by.

During our Smart(er) Shopping excursion, I'll introduce you to principles of healthy eating, accompany you to the grocery store of your choice, and help you navigate the store with ease. You will leave feeling more confident than ever while tackling that pesky list!
